Due to the nature of Fibreglass components, you, the buyer understands that all SPOILERTEK MMWR Fiberglas parts may need modifications for correct fitment, should your car be out of manufacturer’s specifications and require some prep work before painting.
We strongly recommend you have a skilled, qualified body shop technician to install and paint any parts for the best quality finish.
You, as the buyer, understand that all body kits, bonnets, spoilers, guards or carbon fibre hoods, are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied, MANUFACTURED Faults excluded.
Regulation on aftermarket automotive parts may vary from country to country, state to state. It is the buyers responsibility to check with local authorities before purchasing and/or installing any SPOILERTEK MMWR product.
The buyer understands that SPOILERTEK MMWR cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury resulting, directly or indirectly, from installation of any AFTER MARKET RACING product. that we supply for racing and other uses etc.

Condition of Sale
All Items are thoroughly inspected before shipping from
SPOILERTEK MMWR, and are shipped in good condition.
All sales are final, and all products sold are sold AS NEW AND in "as is" to the buyer.
Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped by truck freight (within Australia). The shipping times can vary, depending on availability of products and shipping location. In general, most orders arrive no later than 7-10 days (within Australia) and after payment is cleared.(usually)
All packages MUST be inspected PRIOR to acceptance from the freight company to make any claims on damages from freight delivery. It is the buyers responsibility for freight claims upon the departure of the order from our facilities.
Returns
Authorisation to return any products to us, must be obtained by the buyer from us in advance, and must be made within three (3) days of receiving the product.
All returned products to SPOILERTEK MMWR, are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, and buyer must pay for all shipping and handling fees resulting from return.
All customers returning products will be refunded with a credit note only, redeemable for Spoilertek MMWR products to the same value.
